PMP® Project Management Professional01Architecture and project management
I bring experience in architectural design and construction to the management of rail and energy projects. My work connects technical understanding with clear planning and coordination.
I consider schedules, risks, costs and responsibilities together, helping teams understand dependencies and make informed decisions.

Hamburg has been my home since 2017. Postgraduate study and work in architectural practices led to project roles across Germany’s rail and energy infrastructure.
Education & early practice
HafenCity University Hamburg2017–2019From detail to delivery
Architecture shapes how I understand details and their relationships. In project management, I use that perspective to coordinate disciplines, clarify interfaces and keep decisions focused on delivery.

View case study03How I contribute
I organise planning, clarify responsibilities and coordinate the technical input needed for decisions. My experience spans station project management and schedule, risk and interface coordination on major infrastructure programmes.
My PMO work connects reporting and baseline management with technical and commercial coordination, keeping project information consistent across the teams involved.
I develop and maintain schedules that make milestones, dependencies and changes in planning visible. They provide a practical basis for assessing impacts and agreeing the next steps.
I analyse cost, progress and risk information for forecasts and project reports. At SuedLink, this work included cost calculations, baseline updates and performance analysis.
Experience in detailed design, procurement and construction coordination helps me assess what a design requires on site. This technical understanding informs my work in project management.
I use building models and project systems to coordinate drawings, technical information and reporting. The tools serve the task, from developing a design to tracking project performance.
04PMO and governance
Consistent baselines and coordinated reporting made cost movements and progress easier to assess on SuedLink. At PwC, I helped bring that information together across technical, commercial and PMO teams.

Each role has broadened my understanding of how design decisions become coordinated project work. The timeline traces that development.
