Cost forecasting and performance reporting for SuedLink project controls.
01Project context
An energy corridor across Germany.
My assignment at PwC covered cost and performance monitoring for SuedLink Süd 01, section C2, lot 4. The work connected technical and commercial reporting within the project management office (PMO).
The task
As design, approvals, procurement and construction preparation progressed, reports needed to reflect changing conditions. A consistent baseline made cost movements and progress easier to assess across the technical and commercial teams.
02My responsibilities
The responsibilities described here were carried out within the named organisation and project team.

Maintained cost calculations and developed and updated baselines for cost and performance analysis.

Contributed forecasts and reports using RIB iTWO data, Power BI and Earned Value Management.

Aligned reporting inputs across technical, commercial and PMO teams, organised workshops and supported coordination with construction partners.
