About

From architectural practice
to project leadership.

About

01

From drawing to construction

Work in Kuwait made the connection between a drawing, a material decision and the activity on site tangible. Architectural practice in Germany deepened that attention to coordinated design information.

02

From buildings to infrastructure

Station projects expanded my focus from architectural design to planning, procurement and construction. They brought schedules, costs and responsibilities into the same field of view.

03

A broader project perspective

Project controls build on that experience. Connecting progress, risks and planning interfaces helps me understand how individual work packages affect the programme around them.
