Architectural thinking
Design development and construction drawings taught me to examine spaces, details and technical interfaces closely. That experience helps me ask precise questions and recognise dependencies early.
About
I am an architect and infrastructure project management professional based in Hamburg. My perspective draws on study and practice in Egypt, Kuwait and Germany.
Architecture to delivery
I approach projects by understanding how their parts fit together: spaces and details in architecture, disciplines and decisions in delivery. That perspective guides the questions I ask and the way I work with a team.
My career began in architecture, from design and construction coordination in Kuwait to architectural practice in Germany. I later moved into railway station project management, then project controls on major infrastructure programmes. Today, at DB InfraGO, I coordinate schedules, risks and planning interfaces for the Fehmarnbelt rail connection.

Design development and construction drawings taught me to examine spaces, details and technical interfaces closely. That experience helps me ask precise questions and recognise dependencies early.
Schedules, risk reviews and cost and progress reports make planning decisions traceable. I use them to help teams agree priorities and coordinate the work ahead.
Leading station architecture taught me to bring technical constraints and different professional perspectives together early. Clear decisions depend on both.
