Station works and railway operations.

At DB Station&Service, my assignments covered Bad Oldesloe, Lübeck-Moisling, Müssen and Sierksdorf. They combined passenger-station project management with progress monitoring and construction-supervision tasks.

The task

Station works must fit around railway operations. Coordinating planning, procurement and construction meant keeping responsibilities clear and the team informed of progress and risks.

  1. 01

Developed project plans and monitored schedules, costs and quality.

  2. 02

Coordinated internal and external participants through planning, procurement and construction.

  3. 03

Documented risks and contributed to modernisation and accessibility works, including construction-supervision assignments at Bad Oldesloe and Lübeck-Moisling.
